"So So Excited"

I woke up this morning, so excited, happy and grateful for so many reasons.

Its actually light outside now when I wake up...

My dog Maddie is all cuddled up right beside me..

Its Friday and that means my hubby is flying home tonight after a very long week apart from each other..

I have a whole weekend with him as I don't have to go into work on Saturday...

I have a whole weekend to work on my art projects..

I am reading a really great book I can hardly put down...

I made a delicious stew yesterday in the crock-pot which means I have leftover stew, yummmm.. 

I got to spend time with my sweet Mama yesterday, with her cuter than ever little white peacoat with big black buttons..I totally want one too...we had a delicious lunch at the wonderful

I had an incredible conversation last night with my Schwan's guy about our faith..his story was such an incredible inspiration and a story of true faith in God and his plans for our lives...who knew!!..

My cold is almost gone...

I got to talk with my very dedicated hard working daughter last night for a few...love you sweetie, it will all be behind you soon...and....

My new art class the highly anticipated

starts in just 10 days...I am so excited...today on Christy Tomlinson's Blog

she gave us a little sneak peak of the class..ok now I am so jazzed I can hardly contain myself...

Christy herself..our teacher...isn't she beautiful...love ya Christy!

She has taught me, along with Melody and Kathy at Brave Girls, so much..absolutely incredible things about myself and my art..and what I have learned is...well there are actually no words that I can find...but what I do know for sure is that I love "Mixed Media Art" on canvas, in watercolor sketchbooks...oh my gosh its endless...and I have you both to thank for introducing me to such a wonderful way of showing the world who I am through what I love to do...
